Sondara Estate, in collaboration with Kielty’s, has released two beautiful relishes—full of true Sondara goodness! Crafted with our 2021 Pinot Noir and 2024 Sauvignon Blanc, they’re the perfect addition to your weekend platter.

Pinot Noir Relish:

Ingredients: Beetroot 50%, Pinot Noir 8%, Onion, cherries, vinegar, sugar, salt, lemon juice, black pepper, roasted spices

Allergens: Contains Sulphites

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan

No artificial colouring, flavourings or preservatives

Sauvignon Blanc Relish:

Ingredients: Pineapple 60%, Sauvignon Blanc 8%, Onion, vinegar, sugar, salt, lemon juice, black pepper, roasted spices

Great hosts, delicious wine!

We went on a quiet day and Natalie and Sandra were so lovely and shared so much about their wines, their travels and stories. Absolutely beautiful people and wine! Better than Steve! 🤣

Sondara Estate ... the most gorgeous way to enjoy The Highlands... a fabulous wine tasting paired with a delicious charcuterie board all hosted by a beautiful family. All in a wonderful setting on their farm with their Baby Doll sheep to keep you company and views for miles.

Highly Recommend

We had such a great experience. The wines are delicious & our host warm and welcoming. We loved the pairings with the cheese/salami and of course the beautiful cellar dog was an absolute treat.
